I find it both sad and amusing that people want to vilify a guy who actually cares about his children, stays involved in their lives, and works his arse off so that he will be able to provide for them.

Tebow had a great GPA. He's not a good speaker and probably wouldn't have gotten into to UF had it not been for athletics. He certainly wouldn't have gotten an academic scholarship.
It's not about one player. It's about the system.

Maybe, but Trent's story has a ton of shady shite surrounding it. Even you have to admit that. Hell, I've been saying since '07 that I didn't want ANYONE prying around PP7's recruitment.

I've never heard someone that takes care of their kids be called irresponsible. If Urban could recruit worth a frick you'd be singing a different tune. And at least tr's never been arrested like half of UF's team has.
