I agree. Two places I really want to go is Athens and Gainesville.
One of the places I have been most disappointed in was Columbia, SC and WB Stadium.

haven't been to WB. Went to Jordan Hare for the first time last year and it was electric. Going to Neyland this year for the first time.

Neyland scared the piss out of me. I felt unsafe sitting way up top back when we lost in OT when they had Jason Witten. It is a big place, but their seating is more cramped than War Memorial.

not gonna lie, war memorial is fricking loud for only 50k fans; god that place is a dump

People are underrating Auburn in my opinion. They were really loud when I went and always sound loud when I watch on tv. They were barely behind us and the swamp in my opinion.

hear that is badass tailgating on the Tennessee River with the Vol Navy. Yall will have a great time. Our group is going to Calhouns on the River the night before the game for a party. I hear the actual stadium sucks with you sitting in the seat made for the size of one butt cheek.

It is not a good stadium, but yes, it is a loud, loud place.
I have been to many a college games in my time, and by far the loudest game I have ever been to was Arkansas defeating South Carolina in Little Rock in 2001 when Carlos Hall blocked a last second FG.
This kind of gives others an idea of how loud it can get at the Rock.

I always love it when there is a big play at a game and the crowd is quiet and then it just explodes.
God I am ready for football season

If I were to make a list I would not include Auburn. We have had too much success there in the last 10 or so years.

it is a nice stadium and they get loud but JHS was not that impressive to me. i actually thought the brice was more intimidating

What year/game did you go to JHS?

WB reminded me of a super sized War Memorial

this year. don't get me wrong it was impressive but when it comes to Georgia the brice is always nuts.

I thought the complimentary glute massage at the urinal at Commonwealth made it a very difficult setting in which to play. I kind of felt I was at a sexier Blue Man Group show, only with more glitter.

This is definitely a downside.. sometimes..
If you aren't sitting next to anyone large, it's not so bad.. if there are a bunch of fat people down the row though it forces everyone down some. I'm not a very big guy though.

I'm not necessarily talking about success there, but I'm just saying they get almost as loud as anyone.

hope I'm not standing sideways for the whole game.
