Petrino said in his post game interview that on the 4th and 3 call he looked at John L. and said, "we didn't come here to paint".

(This sort of preparation is what makes them the best in the business.)

On the 39 yard TD pass to Joe Adams

"We put a lot of thought into that and we came to win the game," Petrino said. "We've had that play ever since last year. We knew LSU would come with their 'house' blitz and we executed well. It was definitely a big play in the game."

Razorback offensive coordinator Garrick McGee worked with Petrino in the offseason to come up with the fourth down play.

"Their tendency was an all out man pressure, so we studied film of last year during the spring and came up with a plan," McGee said. "We wanted to use it against others, but it so happens it came up against LSU right here. Joe executed it perfectly."

No doubt they spend a ton of time working on this. I'm thankful for their obsession.

So a pump and Go against man Defense on short down and distance is rocket science now? Maybe I should get into coaching...

I love Petrino too.

When he leaves, I may go into a depression.

I hope he stays at least another 5 years.

Hell, right now I hope he retires here.

Of course. That's our prerogative as fans. We don't have to be "fair".

And we are envious of your defensive staff.

This was a very physical game. We haven't seen closing speed so wide spread in any defense we've seen this year. Despite the big plays and the long drive running the ball your D line and secondary played us very tough all night.

I've been agreeing all week with the LSU fans that said this was not a rivalry but after thinking about the last 5 games and tonight, I've gotta say it's well on it's way to being one.

said by a fan of the team who gave up 2 80 yard TD plays and one being with only 6 seconds left in the half.

Petrino vs. Saban in a cuss off, followed by a cage match. Opening match: Barbara Dooley vs. Paul Finebaum.

Presser @ 11.

Petrino is a bitch. The biggest douche in college football. By far.

Nice to have a coach who plays to win instead playing to keep it close and not have anyone second guess a possible controversial call if it doesn't go right.

Our D has improved every year Petrino and we will continue to do so until our Defense is on par with our Offense. Most of our Defensive lineman are freshman and sophomores.
