Im suprised noone has mentioned Penn St. When Joe Pa leaves I think there will be plenty coaches looking for a shot at that job.

I'd agree with LSU. Thank God yall have a bottom 5 coach.

Yes, lots of Bottom 5 coaches have SEC & national championship on their record.

Les Miles isn't even in the Bottom 5 in the SEC.

Remind me again of UArk's FB success since you joined the SEC nearly 20 YEARS AGO? Number of conference & national championships?

Texas should be in the BCS every season.

Mack Brown is holding them back.

LSU was irrelevant for far too many years

not so. 2 periods of doing not so good one in the late seventies to early eighties and the other in the nineties. Irrelevant for only a short period. With the success of the 2000's it seems like prior years were irrelevant.

Probably a bit low--the Webels job has moved into the Top 50 IMHO based on NuttJob's work.

4. LSU- great recruiting grounds, great fans, lack of long term consistent success puts them behind Alabama in my book, all of the states resources such as radios, papers, televisions, and websites should support team 100%. Thus kids in Louisiana grow up only hearing positive about LSU

Yes. I realize we have the Ull, LA Techers and so on, but all should pay homage to the king of the state. Does Bama or Auburn have to share equal air time with Troy or UAB? LSU should get the lion's share of covearge statewide.

For a school to have so many great resources, LSU was irrelevant for far too many years in my opinion.

Choctaw - I agree with your post, but I took what he wrote to mean basically late 80's to 90's. That is a long time to be terrible with the talent we have in state.,
