didn’t suggest we would beat Clemson while you are in the tops of college football. But yes, if we didn’t live in the west plus playing other conf teams, we absolutely would do better in the ACC.

i don't see it. your team was one of the worst P5 teams this year. had nothing to do with rest of SEC.

i think the SEC is an excuse for you.

so Miami which had won several natties prior to joining the ACC has yet to win the ACC or make the playoffs out of the ACC.

but MSU is gonna take it over. lol

who believes this.

They arent even top 10 in winning percentage since 2000.

I agree which is why we fired our coach hello? By the way, who won the last game between Miss State vs Clemson? It wasn’t THAT long ago. So point is, you are a top program recently so now you talk big.

lol that was a 10 point win featuring a 6-5 Clemson team against a 9-2 MSU team.

the late 90s was the worst period in recent Clemson football history.

what's bullshite is you making the SEC out as a war every game when LSU lost 8 games in a row to Alabama and was only competetitive in one of the games and didn't score in 3 of them.

Alabama has pretty much owned that league since Saban arrived like FSU owned the ACC in the 90s.

I do stand corrected, it was indeed 20 years ago exactly. But my point still stands. You have not always been a great program and Mullen would have feasted on the ACC for 9 years.

Clemson won a natty in 81 and was one of the best programs of the 80s

cant see any reason why MSU would dominate in the acc.

I didn’t say dominate but 9 and 10 win seasons vs that lot would probably be a norm.

i don't see that b/c you haven't had Watson and Lawrence type QBs.

Clemson's fortunes improved when it started getting better QBs.

that guy you had last year who couldn't pass isn't going to run through the ACC no problem.

Hey, we have a new coach and new system which will take time. We play @NC State early this upcoming season. I bet we still win regardless.

they might win if NCSU still doesn't have a QB. i like NCSU if they have a solid QB. they most likely will have a good one b/c they are QBU.

that's not an easy place to win and your team was terrible last year.

it is funny you stuck with Mullenboys screenname after Mullen cucked ya'll.

he said Starkvegas is America's best college town and then cut out to Gainesville. lol

Well we don’t even know who our QB will be either. And by the way, just to make another point how hard it is on a top team in the SEC, we lost to 13-1 Alabama by 7 points in 2017 and lost by 5 to them in 2014. This is during another Alabama dynasty. What does it prove you ask? It proves that an Sec schedule takes its toll on a team. Something you can’t understand.

if it takes a toll, then why did Alabama have a higher margin of victory last season in SEC than Clemson had in ACC.

Dabo pointed this out...the citadel or similar program gave Alabama its toughest game that year prior to UGA in the SEC title game.

why doesn't alabama lose more if there is a physical toll.

You compare apples to oranges and you can’t do that. You tell me NC State is tough at home and the QB stuff etc, what would their record be in the SEC?
