Hey man, after BRPD launched an all out investigation including taking 50 pairs of Jefferson's shoes, I don't doubt any bullshite the cops pull. But Jefferson was guilty as a mother fricker. Just like Brown.

After looking at the video again, I do believe the police pulled a gun out because I don't think this guys is clever enough to make up something on the spot.
Also, there were other bystanders and the cops seemed to ignored them and went after the guy who was recording. He at least appeared to be going away from the scene.
