I need to buy a new suit methinks. I wonder if Albetar will show me what he has UP THE STAIRS in his storage room.

Do you play football for Bama? If not, NO SUIT FOR YOU.

Alabama Stalking Law Sec 13A-6-92 section C ...
Read it. Your boy could be hit with a Class C felony.

Interesting, will you please elaborate further? I would appreciate any sources you can cite. Thanks.

Will Albetar be able to get off Bama players' dicks long enough to point him out?

Your tenuous grasp of the English language is certainly weird, but even weirder is your school's disassociated booster at the fedex store wearing a BCS ring shipping a package to a player's family. Graduated or not, this seems a little unorthodox , no? This post was edited on 9/11 at 11:35 pm
That dude, I already addressed that concern, feel free to respond to my earlier rebuttal.

It is time the Red Dog Cult was prosecuted. These criminals were once if I recall didn't the law go after Stump Thrower and his buddies?

Only incriminating evidence I see is that the twizzler display box is severely out of date.

Yea, sorry man, I'm not getting a lot of relevant search results for "Alabama stalking law".
It sounded like you were a real expert in the legal community based on the way you were talking about it though so maybe you could just give a short explanation of how "Alabama stalking laws" work and how this was in violation of those laws..

I have no idea. I don't find myself caring that much.

I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night. I looked up the law and read it.
Not to mention I filed charges against someone for this very thing a couple of years ago. He was convicted.

Perfect, how fortunate to come across someone else who has been involved in such an obscure legal predicament.
Please detail what was illegal here.

Alabama's rogue boosters need to step their game up. If I were a rogue, I damn sure wouldn't be doing grunt work like shipping a package for a player myself. You pay others to do stuff like that. At best, Tom is a two star rogue booster.

What was illegal was the stalking of Tom Albetar for the purpose of causing him emotional distress...read the law.
If they can connect this guy and the ones that posted all the earlier pics at the store,so much the better the whole crew can be indicted and then sued for damages.

That would be awesome. I agree with you 100%. I have always heard Tom is a really cool guy and loves Bama. I was just saying if, just if, he is a rogue booster, he kinda sucks at it. That's all. Roll Tide
