The stats for RB receptions among that group would be useful. AK has put up major rookie numbers there. It's just a curiosity thing to see how the RBs compare there too.

4.0-4.2 range, including Fournette

Although very close, Fournette is not in that range.

3.99567 rounds up to 4.0, just like all the other guys who are rounded up on their averages.

Whose alter are you btw?

Anyone else feel like A Kamara is a poor man's version of Sony Michel? Seems like both are about the same type of player, but with Michel being more explosive and jukey. Tenn fans should know about Michel breaking them ankles. It is going to be awesome to see Chubb and Michel join the league with other UGA guys like Gurley and Crowell.

Kamara isn't a poor man's anything.

He is compared to Sony Michel. They are the same type of back and Michel is probably faster in the 40 and has better juke moves. It isn't a knock on Kamara, just shows you how much of a stud Michel will be.

we'll see, but I do not believe Michel has better agility or vision than Kamara does. He's faster sure

Kamara is putting up the kind of numbers that are comparable to the seasons of HOFers. Sure it's year one and to make it that far is a long journey but those are the stats. Calling him a poor man's anything is an insult.

Sony Michel is a tad comparable in that he can fill that hybrid role. He may well test better at the combine but based on the eye-test he's no where near as elusive as AK. Michel might grow into it but he'd do well to study AK rather than the other way around. And FWIW, I like Michel a LOT.

Is Alex Collins one of the most under appreciated backs in SEC history? 3703 yds, 36 TDs in 3 years at Arkansas. Starting RB for the Baltimore Ravens.

Perhaps we should wait and see what Sony does in the NFL before calling Kamara a poor mans version of Sony.

Ya know, since Kamara will be rookie of the year and is only the 3rd player ever with 600+ receiving/running as a rookie.

Poor mans version of Sony??????

This is why I'm not gonna pump the brakes on AK. Sure it's a long road but he's shown what he's capable of and barring injury I don't see that changing. He will only get better as he gets used to the NFL.

Besides, I'm allowed to be a homer every now and then.

Kamara is definitely at the top of the list. Kareem Hunt has an argument too. Both great Rookies.
