It is a weird time-warp phenomenom. Bama fans can remember when Bear farted on the forty in Bryant-Denny in 1979. Yet some how the 2008 season ended in November and noone recalls losing to ULM in 2007. Funny.
I have said the same thing for years. Bammers are the only people I know who can remember what happened 40 years ago better than they can remember what happened yesterday

It was a roll right on 3rd and 6. It wasn't a designed throw in the endzone. Everyone was covered. Throw it away. Instead, he threw it in double coverage. Good play call, bad decision.

Our kicker had a bad year, struggling with confidence. He had just had the potential game-winner blocked.

Why not call a play off left tackle, or a draw, pick up a few yards and take the 3 points? Then force our offense to deal with the pressure--and if they couldn't handle it, put it squarely on the kicker to tie the game for a 2nd OT.

Instead, Miles put the game on Lee's shoulders with a rollout. Doesn't make much sense to me when your QB is struggling like that.

But dont get me wrong, I'm glad Miles wasn't that smart.

Hey I'm on bourbon!

(Oh wait, you must mean the street. Normally that would require capitalization...)
