Being undefeated isn't better than being defeated?

It was a down year in the SEC and in 2004.
And you guys have paid players on your football team that will eventually bring down the AU program for years...

2003 LSU: 13-1. I would say that is pretty close to 14-0

The SEC is only not down when it isn't Auburn or Alabama doing the winning.

They weren't close in their loss and it was at home to a four or five loss team.

then Arky moves into Tier 2
based on 1 BCS bowl loss and 2 SECCG losses?

Who cares how much they lost by? The fact is they were 13-1 that year. To say that no LSU team has even come close to being 14-0 is stupid

since the beginning of the 21st century Auburn has been the better program than Alabama.... it's not really that close.
Equal in MNCs
More SEC Championships
More BCS Bowls/Wins
More head-2-head wins
More bowl wins
More victories/better winning percentage
fewer losing seasons
oh yeah... fewer probations

Well if you weren't close to winning the game you lost then technically you weren't close.

I'll take the 2 NC's and 3 SEC titles to your 1 and 2 respectively even without the undefeated seasons.
