They mention far too often how founders park is a launching pad...its basically the same as most every SEC park.

its just crazy that as good as Justin Smoak was, it took him 66 games for 17 his freshman year. It took 34 games for Petry to get 18. Silly.

Its awesome to be able to debate between Petry/Cags/Crews.
Crews is a .500 hitter right now which is unconceivable, and he plays solid defense.
Cags hits for power, plays good defense, and also pitches...which in the Ohtani era that stands out.
Then Petry, he is third to me because of his defense. He doesnt add much...but as I say that he lays out.

It feels like we have a better SS on the team than Wimmer, but if putting him at SS is what kept him around, that a fair trade off. I am just happy to see Brazzy at third. thats a good spot for him.
