Seeing that it's Mother's day, did your mom have any children that lived?

It literally kills me. The lack of social and self awareness is mind numbing. And, that is coming from the indulgent fan base of my own.

It's rare for me to indulge in this, but you are a whole lot of suck, even for this board. I'd say do better, but you're likely already operating well above capacity

Georgia is rated as the #11 best state economically. Alabama is #33. Your state is gross. Georgia also has 15 fortune 500 companies. Alabama has zero.

So what about acceptance rates. Read about the income of grads that I posted earlier.

Note that I am not saying UGA isn't a very good school.

Georgia is ranked as the 16th best public university. A&M is ranked 26th.

And, GT's is 16 and Vandy 6. Oh wait, Vandy is no longer academically elite.

I wonder what the instate UGA acceptance or admissions rate was prior to the Hope scholarship.

Your state voted for Ossoff, Warnock (twice) and Biden. You can see your cucked self right on out.

I don't live there, but it is anything but gross.

Lots of a great places to retire.

I, like you, most certainly, do not work for one now. So, what is your point?

I live very comfortably with a family a 5 in Miami on a single income.

I've lived across most of the US and abroad and extensively in the SE.

It's a pot calling a kettle black to compare or callout SEC/ACC states for the most part.

If you think the rest of the US distinguishes MS from AL or GA or SC or TN or AR or LA you are tone deaf.

Be appreciative for the countryside God has given the South and pray the rest of the country never figures it out.

It's true. But, I'm very day drunk through all faults of my own trying to play 36 holes.

So, I'll take the L.

Like I've said, USNews rankings are laughable. Look at what goes into those rankings. Graduation rates, graduation rates of minority students, reputation based on opinions of academia nationally, endowment, etc. What is so impressive about grad rates? I think a school that filters out the wheat from the chaff shouldn't be penalized. Who cares if a school has a wide open front door and a narrow exit?

Again, you haven't responded to what matters, income of grads and that has A&M, Vandy, LSU and Auburn in the top 3 depending on point in career.

Yes the rest of the country distinguishes Georgia from Alabama. We have real professional sports teams. The busiest airport in the world. How many times has Alabama hosted the Super Bowl? Is Alabama the home of the greatest golf tournament in the world like Georgia is?

Is Alabama the home of Coke, Delta Airlines, Chick-fil-a, Home Depot? Has Alabama ever hosted the MLB all star game? The college football national championship game?

You are tone deaf, ignorant, uneducated, and stupid if you think the rest of the country doesn’t view Georgia different from the rest of the Deep South. We are the only state in the Deep South that is a true battleground state politically. We are one of the fastest growing states in the country. Georgia and Alabama are nothing alike. And you are most certainly over 65 years old with your outdated views.

No. They don't.

The fact that you have a very large urban area that could swing the state one way or the other doesn't change the nation's view of you or the South. But. I'm sure your momma told you that you were special.

GA is a swing state because it is. But. It's culturally southern and viewed as backwoods and hillybilly as all the rest by all outside of the former Confederate States

Deliverance wasn't filmed there by accident

They very much do. People are moving from the northeast in droves to Georgia. Nobody wants to live in Alabama.
