Maybe this is who they are rather than a "bad representation". Acting like arrogant a$$es has become very popular in college baseball. Look at Tennessee and how their coach promotes them to act. But hey, when the rules have been taken out so the players can't police the game themselves this type of buffoonery happens. Used to you'd stop it with up and in heaters, getting drilled in the middle of the back, or blowing somebody up at second when breaking up a double play. But all of that has been taken out of the game in the name of safety allowing a vacuum to exist in the game for this tomfoolery behavior.

You hear your teacher telling you it's time to come back into the classroom and to stop playing on your phone during school hours.

On a message board with grown men constantly talking about 18-22-year college kids. So you're saying we're all creepy?

We're 163-99 the last 6 seasons. A 62% overall winning clip when half your games are in the SEC isn't exactly bad. Been to 3 of the last 4 NCAA tournaments, Super Regional in 2023. Likely will make the NCAAT again this year.

We're a solid program. We're note elite or anything but for our #3 program of the big 3 programs it's not bad.

LSU hasn't been past the Sweet 16 in 20 years.

Alabama baseball the last 20 years has basically = LSU basketball the last 20 years

Since 2007

Alabama Baseball
- 1 Sweet 16
- 9 NCAA Tournaments
- 3 losing seasons

LSU Basketball
- 1 Sweet 16
- 5 NCAA Tournaments
- 5 losing seasons

Alabama pitcher Riley Quick took to X (formerly Twitter) to apologize for taking and posting the photo. He says he is reaching out to Ohio State.

"After our game today, we let our emotions get the best of us and posted an inappropriate photo on social media. The photo never should have happened, let alone be posted,” “I am reaching out to Ohio State to personally apologize. I also want to apologize for representing the University of Alabama in a negative way. This is now what our team is about. We have learned from this and will be better going forward

Apologizing for being happy after a win? Lame....

Yeah, because modern-day athletes no longer have the capacity to celebrate a win without disrespecting their opponent. It looks weak and lame.
