It can't be done at Arkansas b/c the competition is too strong. Look at Lsu for instance. They have about ten 4 star players in LA. I think 8 of them are committed to Lsu. Then look at Georgia, 27 four star players. Missippi has 10 four star players. Alabama has about 15. Arkansas has 1 five star and 1 4 star and there is a good chance neither are signing with Arkansas this year.

Who said anything about giving Houston Nutt a bye? I know he's not the greatest coach. He's probably not that great at coaching the passing game. I think Snead could possibly be playing better with a better QB coach. But not everybody can have a great QB coach. Snead may just be having a down year like Eli's junior year. We'll see.
On the championship season thing, I'll disagree a little though. Our O-line at the beginnning of the year was the worst I've ever seen at Ole Miss. They were still bad against Alabama, so I don't think we should have beat them. Every Ole Miss fan that thought we may win the West had no clue our O-line would start off this badly. They've coached them up well though.
But I may agree a little about not being able to coach QBs as well as others though. We'll see. Snead may have a breakout season like Eli's senior year.

Nutt is not the type of coach that wants the QB to win or lose the game b/c it's very very hard to go on the road in the SEC with that philopshy and win in a loud arena. Defense and running stand a better chance to win long-term. That's why qb coaches except Spurrier have gotten eatten in the SEC and really Spurrier is getting eatten in a more mediocre program.
