"Generally in the upper quadrant of speed" - Les when asked about him busting his arse at a game

Man I miss him so much.

I think he had run his course and I think We're a better team now than what we would've been if he was still here.

But goddamn I love that man

Les Miles to Ole Miss. They’ll get desperate soon enough and no other coach wants to go there.

I hope not. I’d hate to root against him.

You forgot, "My point to you is, there is no such thing as a flop that takes the field for our football team. Just so ya know, I'm proud of those young men. How ****ing easy would it have been to say it's their night. Excuse my language. Spectacular group of men. You got to find them, you throw your arms around them and give them a big kiss on the mouth...if you're a girl."

I fricking miss Les. His decisions were mind boggling and more often than not frustrating. But that man had character and would’ve ridden straight to hell for the program.

Les Miles and Spurrier need to do play by play for games on CBS.

It would be the greatest thing in sports history.

Exactly.. imagine Canada with Miles a few years earlier. That could be tough. Les pounded teams into oblivion. He was daring and could motivate. Very tough to recruit against and was like 111-30 ish. He was dominant n his prime and is s HOF coach. He won championships and not many do. You are what your record says ya are.

Yes it was. I miss that goofy bastard. The man could recruit his arse off and you never knew what was coming. Too bad his loyalty to his OC buddy got him canned.

As a Gator, It makes it easier to beat LSU without the Hat.
He may not have been the best coach ever, but he had a way of making the right call against us.

In essence, LSU traded Les for Alleva, in the long run that's a loss for LSU, imo

Every school in the league wishes Les was still the LSU coach. What does that tell you? That he was getting easy as shite to game plan for and beat. I bet you do wish he was still here and LSU continued to slide into Mississippi State type mediocrity. Sorry to disappoint.
