For all the State fans still hiding out here on our FB page, I offer the following comparison between your game with Alabama and ours:
Last night you played the #1 team in the nation with a fantasy in your heads you could win. If you didn't believe the hype your obnoxious coach sells all the time, you'd be better off. When we played Alabama, we knew we couldn't win, not in the condition our team
was in at the time. We went there to play and that's what we did.
You were scoreless for all but the last few minutes of the game and that score only came after Saban pulled the staters. We put up 14 points against the BEST defense in the nation and the Alabama starters played the entire game when we played Alabama.
You were held scoreless for three consecutive quarters. Alabama held us to no score in the first and fourth quarters. We scored the other two quarters.
EVERYONE and I do mean everyone has called your schedule SOFT. There's a reason for that - IT IS SOFT. Even ESPN, during halftime, called your schedule soft. Stop beating your chests. It's easy to be undefeated when you play teams you out-match. Had we had your your schedule, we would've been undefeated at 7-0 too. The only difference is, we wouldn't have had 8-0 signs up everywhere knowing Alabama was our next game.
Your final score against Alabama: 38-7 and you lost. Our final score against Alabama: 33-14 and we lost too.. Who was beaten worse? Incase math isn't your strongest subject, I'll make it simple. We lost by 19 points against Alabama's best players. You lost by 31 points and the Alabama bench was playing the last quarter.
WE and by we I mean the REBELS, held Alabama to the lowest score this season at 33 points. They scored over 35 points in all other games and aside from Michigan who scored 14 points on them as we did, NO ONE else has come close to include YOU with you 7 big points.
Finally, at the end of the game when we played Alabama, Nick Saban told ESPN "It was a hard fought win. People didn't give Ole Miss enough credit". I don't recall a similar interview last night but then again, our coach didn't talk shite for a week before the game either..... Now STFU!

Was it him using ALL CAPS that pissed you off?
Posted on 10/28/12 at 12:03 pm to T
I'm sure the athletic department sanctioned that post

I'd love to pull for Ole Miss but it's things like this.

Let's not let facts get in the way of a good flame shall we?

Clearly not an official release from OM....
But besides that, what part of that is pathetic?
What part do you disagree with?
What part isnt accurate?

I'm glad state fans are livid and depressed as frick, about time people start expecting to win every game. Thank Jesus we aren't happy with mediocrity anymore.

It's pathetic because we have to resort to "We lost to Alabama by less than y'all did!!!111!!"

Moar.....you are a State fan. Why would you love to pull for Ole Miss? Are you conflicted about other issues in life. Stare at locker room interviews too long?

Mullen started this with the TSUN bull shite. You knew this day was coming. Don't act like you didn't

Aren't you tired of being labeled the cripples of the SEC. I'd love to see Ole Miss do well against the rest of the SEC. I'm a Mississippian first. I hope ya'll beat the ever living dog shite out of everyone except MSU.

I think it was sarcasm.... But maybe he's just stupid

Oh no, he called ya'll TSUN. Who the f cares? It's one thing for the coach to do that but I think it would be better if we were both good teams competing in the SEC rather than this shite talking about we didn't get beat as bad as ya'll by Alabama.

We were the worst team in the SEC for 3 years out of a stretch of 10. In the other 7 we were very competitive. I honestly think the Cripples comment belongs in a fight between Vandy, KY, and Miss State. I can back that up with statistics.

Cheers on that. Same here.
