Better facilities, better recruiting ground, far more recent success.
Notre Dame hasn't even won a major bowl game since 1993.

So Kelly is a a transcendent coach but it took him 40 years to land a job where he can win his first D1 NC?
Whereas Kirby managed to go 77-15, win the SECC, The NC, go 17-4 against UGA’s 3 biggest rivals, 15-7 against top 10 teams, and have his team #1, undefeated, the favorite to win another NC before he’s 47 years old and he’s the liability? That’s rich.

You should have high standards but setting a bar, year 1, is kind of setting you guys up for heartbreak.
Don’t forget he beat y’all at ND not too long ago. LSU is a giant but you’re not going to be the best every year. I do see you winning a natty with BK though if this continues. Wins are all that matter, doesn’t matter if it’s by 3 or 50. BK keeps winning, that’s all that matters.
