This is the worst fight I ever saw between UGA & Tech (this is NASTY!!)

In 1993, with almost 2 minutes left in the game in Atlanta, the Dawgs threw a short TD pass to make the score 43-10, UGA.
Tech players started the fight and boy, it ended up being an all-world UFC fight-fest for the ages! It continued off the field onto the sidelines....all on ABC National TV.
UGA players were a very frustrated bunch in 1993 as they finished 5-6 under HC Ray Goff and they took it out on Yellow Jackets.

that's a good fight - hadn't seen that one before.
The New Mexico State QB body slammed one of our DBs on Saturday and he got a half-hearted push from one of the Auburn players but that's how it was going on Saturday.

I was there. I remember Coach Goff getting in there and slinging folks around and a group of GT players had our TE isolated down in a corner going to town.
Just watched the video and it was Mitch Davis they ganged up on in the end zone. GT had a LB who was the instigator all game long. He got into several shoving matches post play and I think he was the one who initiated the brawl.

The 2 players who started the fight played together in high school.
LSU fans may like to know that Whit Weeks daddy was one of them.

Mike Bobo and Will Muschamp were both on the UGA sideline in that game, FWIW. Don't think they don't have a litle extra juice in this one

If I remember correctly it was LB Marlon Williams for GT who was instigating all game. He started several scuffles before that point.

State and Ole Miss had a good one back in the 90s but I doubt I can post it. And it was pre-game.

Lettermen may have better info than me.
But I saw David Weeks and Matt Romano (redhead at midfield) at each other's throats.
