His coach knew Manziel was showing his arse and deserved to get penalized, but the OP can't see it. Manziel didn't get penalized for a quick isolated incident. Dude was taunting the whole second half and the officials finally told him to shut the frick up.
I don't know about "great", but it was good. The thing that bothers me most is the "You gotta let Johnny be Johnny" line or that jawing at the competition is part of his nature and what makes him so good. OK, fine. How is he helping the team if he's on the bench? Some here don't seem to get that.

Don't compare this piece of shite to tebow again. Tebow may be annoying because he is happy, and way tooooo Christian. Bit he is as good as a person as you will find. Even manziels own father thinks his son is a douche. Don't compare them. Tebow would fit well with yalls made up moral code. Yes John Parker Wilson did do this, and we were pentalized for that, and they took away the touchdown. So, little Johnny should get punished for some of the selfish things that he does.
Of course the Rice guys were taunting him. Did he not expect this? Did his coach not prepare him for this, and how he should be the bigger person and just turn around and walk off the field? The refs let him get away with it for a while, but he just kept on and on right in their face. This kid is a jerk and is playing in a man's game, and really needs to grow up.

The rice guys should have been called for taunting for sure. So its a double call. You can see JFF walkiing off the field as the are yelling at him. The ref is standing next to the rice players doing nothing. As soon as jFF points at board - flag.

for the mentally imparied. Phone calls prior to the game don't effect the rules. Tebow did one of the biggest taunts ever and it lands on a list of great moments.
The money thing I hope he keeps doing. Its not taunting. He did it 100 times last year. Is the new rule on the field all players but JFF can do this. Are they mad cuz he actually knows drake?
