This is all posturing

Until there is evidence of serious discussion between Disney and the SEC about a revised TV contract, this is all posturing, probably designed to force LSU into a settlement where they agree to not roster these 2 players and agree to stop the trolling and the SEC agrees to get over itself.
Disney will not allow the SEC to de-value what they spent $3 Billion for over hurt feelings and mean things said.
Said settlement is probably the most likely result of all of this.

Disney has no control of who the sec decides to add or remove it’s in every contract … if you add each school gets the same as others if you remove the shares probably go down .

You really believe this? They are contracted to provide football games for a 16 school conference, and 16 specific schools. You really think the SEC can just remove 1 school and Disney will just go along with it for a small buyout?
That's not how television works.

It’s not. Nice cope though.

This is one of the most brass tacks statement on the whole ordeal I've seen on here so far. I've been thinking the same thing. No way ESPN lets the SEC dump LSU without re-negotiating the TV contract. That's not going to happen.

LSU is easily the most valuable component of the deal right now with the amount of eyes that will either love Lane or hate Lane and it’s not even close.

I worked in network TV for 30 plus years.
You can bet if LSU is kicked out, there will be renegotiations on the TV contract side.
Disney will look at the ratings and what add stream revenue brings and ask the SEC to adjust or amend the contract.
Certainly you understand that Mississippi State isn’t the money maker that OU is when it comes to viewership and add revenue?
