Jimbo also thought highly of Gabe Gross, Ben Leard and Meiko Collier.

News flash, bama is competing for a title with or without Jacob Coker, because we simply have more talent from top to bottom than the rest of you, and we have a better coach than the rest of you.

Amazing how people can think otherwise.

We have won championships with AJ and Greg at QB. Coker has a so much higher ceiling than them. If it clicks for him during the middle of the season, we will hoist another crystal ball.

I just want to know what this is based on? He's looked pretty bad in his Spring games and he was groomed under the Wing-T in high school. He's an outstanding athlete, for sure, but the kid has done absolutely nothing to show anyone that he is capable of leading a college football team. In fact, if you look at the GIFs above, he's been realllly bad at times. Bama fans are acting like they have the 2nd coming of Brett Favre on the roster now when, in reality, you're closer to having a more athletic version of Jordan Jefferson.

Oh, and this fall is going to be so amazingly entertaining with most of the big schools breaking in new QBs.

Well, you had all of that last year too AND you had more experience at the most important position.

SECW soooooooo fricked. Is it too late for Auburn to move to the east and avoid the rise of Coker and Kiffin which is surely to come?

How the mighty have fallen...from being the cockiest fans with reason, to becoming one of the more delusional fan bases in the SEC

That losing streaking is doing a number on them

Come on bra JJ was pretty athletic. Did you not see all the option plays he ran to perfection?

Kiffin is the biggest joke in all of this actually. So Bama thinks the best way to insert a pretty raw QB is to have him coached by a guy that has never coached QBs in his life?

As a former GA with FSU, yes, it was very close.

Everyone on strength staff was surprised with Jameis over Coker. Obviously it worked out for us very, very well though.

I was upset to see Jake go. He was one of my favorite athletes I got to work with there, and having him as a Jameis contingency plan was a HUGE advantage. Jake on Bama's offense is going to be very, very hard to beat.

That's racist.

Sooooooo the guy that used to work for Saban then goes to FSU to coach is asked what he thinks about a kid he recruited and he says Saban has a winner........
