this forum is great. many opposing teams bantering and discussing sports BUT

There are too many posters here that treat people like animals. You act like you are the cool kids from highschool that bully people because they are different than you.

Well guys, it doesn't make you look cool, it makes you look like an inmature douche acting tough in front of your friends. And guys think they have to go along with it or risk being labeled a pussy or worse If they say something.

We can debate and discuss sports like adults and quit being someone else that shows different personality behind a keyboard. Most of you are like me : we live and breathe football and spend too much time here to feed our desires to revel in our obsession. We crave info and even while putting down other fans we enjoy talking to our sec brethre..

Honest question: Can't we talk, banter and debate our brothers from other states and football programs without being a bully? Disagree, use facts to prove a point and smack talk with integrity versus deystroying their character and opinion with malicious, holier than thou attitudes of hate and disrespect?

We could actually have a brotherhood of SEC fans that get along yet give each other a hard time when circumstance arive. You guys are articulate and funny but if you treated each username like you would fans you know in real life then this place would evolve into a much greater community of sports fans. There are real people with real feelings behind every key bourd.

Sorry for the rant and I've been guilty myself but how many of you will understand what I'm saying and put it to use? I know I will and you cool folks can call me a pussy if you want but I'm not, I'm just trying to help make this place a forum that becomes an even greater place than it is.

Black ball me if you want but it was worth a try. I can leave for a more friendly atmosphere elswhere bur I like this place a lot and know that it could become the most awesome forum of football on the net though it's close now.

Laugh me off the board but I'm no do-googer hippie that wants revolution, I just picture a mixture of fqns from different backgrounds that love their team as much as you v do. A LSU fan should share his excitement about having a championship team without reading L5u or Harris sucks. They are excited and Bama fans have reserved the right to respectively gloat considering we are on top. We don't need to hear wise cracks about or sisters or trailer parks etc.

Do you get the point? Let's make this place equally enjoyable for all. Or you can be too cool for that and tell me to kill myself and carry on the childish banter. The choice is yours.
