Sounds like a non-sports related auburn issue to me. I'm done with it.

It sounds like everyone in Auburn including the mayor are saying it.

This is such a bizarre hill for you to choose to die on. Let’s just hope there isn’t an eagle nest on it or you will take it down with you.

You are doing a very bad job at context and reading comprehension.

But I think you are doing it on purpose, I don't think you are actually stupid. I think you are just an environmental activist. I don't know for sure, it's just how you present.

I posted the actual laws that apply for you to read.

Somehow, you keep finding a way to sound less intelligent with every post.

For the third time, please tell me when bald eagle season opens.

I have a turkey and some ducks on the wall. But not a bald eagle. In fact, outside of a museum, I have never seen a mounted bald eagle. I wonder why that is?

You must struggle at work and your personal life with the complete lack of reading comprehension you are displaying here.

What's the story, Morning Glory?

WRBL - Auburn Bald Eagle Pair Videoed Circling Over Missing Nest

It would appear that the removal of the tree and destruction of the nest violates the restrictions of this type of permit.

I can count the number of times I’ve seen a bald eagle in the wild on one hand. But it was damn cool each time.

Bald eagles are cool. They are a symbol of the United States and the official national bird. Deeprig hates them. Why does Deeprig hate America?

Sin City was only about 2 blocks long. The movie was completely fictional fabricated garbage.

My recollection of Phenix City is when my dad let me take his boat to Destin on Spring Break with my friends, unaccompanied back in the 90's. The trailer got a flat in Phenix City and pulled into the first auto/tire place I saw on 431. They fixed me up real quick, under 30 minutes, for a fair cash price. Phenix City, despite the movie, has been a real nice place to me, other than throwing tacks on the road to bring in tire business. But it was also a good movie.

You don't have to be an expert on eagles to know they are no longer endangered. But, having that permit assumes you know the laws about when you can or cannot shoot them. I was accused in this thread of having no idea about federal migratory bird regulations. I simply replied to repudiate that falsehood.

Stop conflating the issue. Stop obfuscating.

If you think the developers did something wrong LEGALLY, please articulate it.

So you have a hunting license and bought a Duck Stamp. You're a regular John James Audubon.

Why can't I cut down some trees on land I own? Because a non-endangered species might or might not nest in those trees?

Seems to me that if you were, you know, such an expert in bird law, as you claim to be, what with your migratory bird stamp and all... that you'd already know the answer to this question... You aren't very good at experting, are you?

This company followed the book on how not to handle a situation like this.

Except they said the nest was abandoned. Apparently, it was not abandoned and the mating pair was spotted circling the downed tree yesterday. According to things I read, nests seldom abandoned and I'm not sure why a pair of fish-loving bald eagles would abandon a nest that was very close to the AU fisheries ponds.
