No blue.
Blue is the color of the sky, and generally a clear sunny sky is most visible in areas where there is no smog or pollution. Stereotypes indicate that those areas tend to be in the suburbs where lots of white people live, so the air is messed up in the stereotypically black inner city around commercial property. Therefore the color blue is making a mockery of all blacks and their inability to see sunlight on a regular basis.
