Okay I hear ya. I think you guys will be fine with the RBs though if the O-Line can block well. If they are good at going in and out of blocks then they shouldn't have to do a lot of work.

According to our coaches, the Spring has been nothing but a learning/physical environment so far. The QB's are trying to get used to going under center and running PA. The RB's are trying to get used to lining up behind the QB's and running down hill. The OL is trying to learn a whole new zone blocking scheme in the passing and running game. The WR's are trying to learn to lengthen their routes and run sharper routes.
Everyone is on an extreme learning curve right now. Not to mention while doing all the above they're having to learn new sets and having to learn a whole new play book. I'm very unsure of how we will perform next year. I'll have a better feeling after the UT game.

Wow. That's a lot of work for one spring. I thought we had our work cut out for us.

Exactly. Implementing an entire new scheme is exhausting and takes a ton of time. I'm anxious to see how well our guys have developed by the Spring game. I'm expecting a lot of rust and sloppy play. It will be interesting how quickly they can catch on.

I think Demps (if healthy) will have a big year. Last year he was hurt for most of it so we have kinda forgotten how much of a weapon he truly is.
I don't care what kind of offense is being run, a healthy Demps is a game changer.

I see Demps as a 3rd down back in a more downhill running offense. Hell, he may not even play next year depending on track and his opportunities there.

I agree about Demps. If he played against us in 2010 that might have been a different game.
I think that the Muschamp hire was a great move. He did wonders for us back in '03. If anybody can make a good team in such a short amount of time, it's him.

We love his attitude and demeanor so far, along with his hires. We want to see it on the field though.

I can almost promise you this, he will have a nasty defense ready.

Come on! We were having a legit conversation. Save that bullshite for the season.

it'll be interesting to see how Hines does in this new offense. he might be a bit slow for WR but i think he'll make a solid possession receiver. it'll be nice to have a competent OC and it'll be interesting to see how Weis uses our talent

So much for UF fans being able to question the OC anymore with Weis.

Nope. Moody is gone as well. Our bigger backs are going to be Burton, Brown, Gillislee, and possibly Joyer.

jeez dude i haven't heard of any of them. i am just used to your burn/slash guys destroying all i hold dear. moody and moore, however, always made me happy and they were your big guys

Surely you have heard of Mack Brown. Played HS football in Georgia and was an Under Armour All American.
