I tried to explain this to Ms. DS and her response was "What the frick am I supposed to do, cook a turkey outdoors on a college campus????"

Like I said, it'll be on the weekend in TS.
If you're coming to Aggieland, you'll most likely be eating turkey at a tailgate. We used to bake it the night before and eat it before the game. Good times.

I'm anticipating (nay, praying) that it's a night game. Y'all should be able to make the drive down in the morning and tailgate all day. Hell, if you're in the area, I'll invite y'all to my and mrs. t's old squadron tailgate. Always super nice people and hellaciously good food
