Well since you asked nicely. My stepmother worked for Vandy hospital since i was 5 and we went to most of the games from her discount. I also dont like Tennessee fans so i just naturally pulled for VU.

I never understood why Vandy can't be like Stanford or Baylor in terms of football. I know the two aforementioned teams come from two of the most talent-rich states in the entire country, but if they can consistently win 7 games in the regular season, I think Vanderbilt can as well.

Stanford is their own entity at the moment. Baylor and Vandy don't compare quite yet, but they are making something of an effort.
