Maybe. Your Alma mater is tough to say no to, but it's definitely not as cut and dry as you'd like for it to be. The fact that it is his Alma mater is the only reason it's even a talking point.

OU can and has in the past out spent other programs including TN. Bob stoops was the highest paid coach in CFB for a number of years.
