The McCain funeral joke made me laugh and then I noticed Tillman posted that as well. Something definitely ain't right here.

I don’t know what belittling a stadium accomplishes. You are consistently one of the worst posters here. Why are you so unhappy? Note: I take any downvotes from the boneheads on UGA board as awards of merit. CNB: "They can't admit that they are hoarding rivals." -classic and true.
Lots of credibility you have.
There's a reason nobody on the Georgia board wants you around. You aren't actually a Georgia fan. You are some weird internet psycho that pretends to be a Georgia fan in your spare time between 8chan and frickmemommy tor-sites.

lulz ... lmao! Wait a second. I didn't even know you cared this much.
So you've been stalking me for how long now? Holy shite this is great! You've made my night!
You gotta go back a ways to when some of my Texas friends and I were talking about those Minutemen I rode with at my Uncle's and Cousins' ranch just east of El Paso .... that was on the PoliBoard. Damn, this is great.
And the John McCain thing at Boss Bull's funeral ... ho li shite you have become a special little friend of mine. PoliBoard again huh.
And the whole burning of the Nikes thread over there ... why I can't, and don't, wear Nikes so I have none to burn and wouldn't anyway, I'd give them to a needy Vet if I knew one that wore a size 17 as I do. Trust me, that's not bragging. It was rough growing up and never finding shoes that would fit ... but you think that's what, legendary?
lulz ... God Bless you young man. LMAO!
Just read your post to my wife. FWIW she says that I am a legend and then she came over here to my chair and gave me a big old kiss. Runs in the family I guess.
Damn son, you should be around her some time when she is telling stories about me she claims some family and friends have told her over the years ... gosh damn. This is cool as shite.
You made an old man's night! FWIW I'm not old in my head ... but the miles on the body are starting to give me some issues.
Anything else you wanna know young man? Or are you keeping notes. Apparently you are. What a sad life you must lead. For that, I am sorry for you.

it is a warehouse district.

they're everywhere - those damn warehouses - you can't walk 5 steps outside the gates and not run into a damn warehouse...

Anyone who visits will quickly realize it's a cleaned up warehouse district. Better than it was (slightly), but way shittier than y'all make it out to be.

Went to the Vandy game there last year and am already planning on going back. The RV setup was great. I was a little worried when we got the spot on the end of the row right by the entrance and exit aisle, but I had 0 problems with any SC fans. Maybe it would have been different if Vandy won, but we had a lot of fun with the SC fans watching the UK-UT game back at the RV after our game finished. Didn't go around looking for bars or anything though since we had a full liquor supply and the smoker going all weekend.

As I said explicitly in my original post.... "except for the elite"....

Most visiting fans will tell you they had a good time at our ball games.
Most visiting fans will tell you that the ambiance around our stadium is second to none. Give all the hardwood trees another decade to grow and blend with all the rought iron fences and brick work ... it's going to be beautiful. I'll probably not live long enough to see it in all its glory, but I imagine it often. It's come a long ways since I was a kid.
Most visiting fans tell you the most unique tailgaiting in the country are the Cockabooses. Never a weekend goes by when some visiting fans don't come to ours asking for a tour.
Most visiting fans will tell you that our fans will feed you, share their booze and beer and let you tailgate with them like one of the family. We're famous for it except with Clemson fans ... for good reason.
Most visiting fans will tell you that our stadium crowd is excellent ... some are even envious. We give good seats to the band and visiting fans ... at least the ones who are members of their team's booster club.
But then you've got your UGA fans, many of which have obviously not been here in years, decades, if ever.

Owning a travel trailer doesn't qualify as "the elite." And $200 for Friday and Saturday night is no more expensive than a hotel.

I'd wanted to get over to see one, but the mid-afternoon kickoff meant I didn't get to wander around like I wanted to do.

Yeah, our seats were great for the game, and we're like lowest end donor to the Commodore Club but do it for the parking benefit at home games. Williams-Brice lived up to every bit of my expectations. I just wish it had been a night game because it got really cool late in a pretty competitive game. Maybe next year SC and Vandy will be good enough to get a night game and bring some excitement.

It's one thing going to a game with friends, it's another thing doing it with the family. For years I traveled to most of the SEC football venues packing around my daughter and two sons.
This all began in 2003 when we traveled to Columbia for the LSU vs. USCe game. After parking and getting out of the car, a drunk Cock fan exited the vehicle parked next to us and loudly exclaimed that my daughter (6 at the time) had opened her door into his vehicle. I walked over looking for the marks but couldn't find one. Cock fan then got in my face and told me he was going to whip my arse. However before he could begin the arse whooping, several very nice Cock fans showed up and told him to shut the hell up and get back into his damned car.
I've liked Williams Brice since.
I have some stories from UGA, Auburn and Bama as well.

It really screams NFL venue to me. Literally just a dump of a stadium in the middle of a fairground turned parking lot. Walked a mile past cars and cars in the shadows of chain link and abandoned industry.
Fans themselves do get loud though.

I have some stories from UGA
There was this late 20s or early 30s UGA fan at the UGA-Vandy game last year that was super weird. He was 2 rows in front of me with a group of his "friends" (feel like he was the one no one liked by how it unfolded). In the row between us, a lady who worked at Vandy in some secretarial role had brought her early 20s or late teens daughter and her friend. The dude started trash talking Vandy to them and got super pissed off when the daughter said she really didn't care about football. He went in on her for wasting a seat or whatever for someone who might actually care about football. For the rest of the game, he alternated between the most awkward fratbro flirting and making disparaging remarks about Vandy football (which, again, she clearly didn't care about) to her. Then he tried to shittalk me and my dad into a fight right on front of a cop with like 10 minutes left in the game. Dude was just weird, and his friends tried to reign him in while trying not to be associated with him.
