Respect. I gave you a little shite about this yesterday, but looks like you were right. It wasn't personal. I've seen so many of these prophecies go unfulfilled that I'm now naturally skeptical.

No big deal. Like I said, if it happens, it happens, if not, no biggie. I was pretty confident though because of the person who told me. He has never lied before, and I would not have posted anything if I did not actually have a source.

I also believe FKA will remain for now. Like I said, this whole thing is because of the fans reaction to how it was handled. In business, someone has to go after a situation like this. Never know though, the true powers know the fanbase and state are not happy with FKA.

Best of luck going forward Tigers. I am switching back to my piggy logo. This was fun being involved, but I'm a Razorback fan.

Joe Alleva plans to step down as athletic director of the LSU Tigers, sources confirmed to ESPN on Wednesday.

An official announcement could come later in the day. The news was first reported by the Baton Rouge Business Report.

Alleva has been LSU's athletic director since July 2008. The Tigers' basketball program has been a part of the FBI's ongoing investigation into corruption in the sport.

His contract, which paid him $725,000 per year, was set to expire on June 30, 2020.

LSU head basketball coach Will Wade was reinstated Sunday after being suspended toward the end of this season following reports that he was caught on a wiretap discussing a "strong-arse offer" for a recruit. Many fans were upset with Alleva and the LSU administration for suspending Wade in the first place.

Sources told ESPN's Mark Schlabach that Wade's representatives were notified that the coach would be subpoenaed to testify in the basketball corruption trial later this month in New York City. Wade has denied any wrongdoing.

Alleva was also criticized for the way he handled Les Miles' ouster as head football coach in 2016 as well as his search for Miles' replacement, which led to Ed Orgeron's promotion to full-time head coach after he served most of the 2016 season as interim head coach.

Pretty much what my source told me and what I said ITT. He is the fall guy because of how the situation was handled and because of the fanbase.
