they will get what they deserve when they finish the season this weekend getting swept
I agree. If they don’t have one of the top 12 records they won’t deserve it. If they do, they do. Right now they are in position to go.

Didn't Arkansas have some injuries, like a Friday night starter and another big-time pitcher? I'm guessing if Arkansas had no injuries they would be the best team in the SEC this year.

Yeah our Friday night ace went down 2 weeks before the season started. Nobody else, really. Biggest problem with the current reality vs pre-season expectation is that we have had a couple huge regressions at the plate - namely Moore and Slavens

I'd say we're lucky Sunday's game got cancelled. Might be the only reason we make it to Hoover.

No worries Bama. We will hold your beer.
You can lose three to Arky and you will still make it.
State & Missouri will be resting comfortably at home in Starkvegas & CoMo when the tournament convenes in Hoover.

Is and was a huge loss. Peyton would have been likely a top 2 Friday night starter in the SEC and Noland would move to Saturday with Wiggins likely still holding down Sunday. Smith would be long relief in the bullpen along with McEntire & Morris. Can you imagine that? Smith, McEntire, Morris, Tygart, Taylor, and Zeb coming out of the pen? Holy stacked pitching staff.

Moore = absolutely
Slavens, not so much. He got off to a slow start but he is .257/13HR/46RBI/.566slg and last year he was .284/14HR/63RBI/.560slg.
