No I wanted to see if everybody agreed with the fact that they are almost identical to everything but their most important trait.

Have you ever watched spencer ware hit somebody? He was the most recent back I could bring up in terms of power. Go to youtube and type in Spencer Ware. Seahawk fans are already calling him a mini Beastmode.

This very accurate, the guy has an incredible knack for ending up in the end zone, if you haven't seen this yet, you will tomorrow

First we have to get data on how hard Gurley sucker punches.........

Serious question...
They are both sophomores. By what measure do you consider Gurley "proven" where Hill is not?

That's no lie. The man can take what looks like a 5 yard run and slip right through the defense and take it to the house. He does this on the regular too.

Spencer Ware isn't in the same neighborhood of breaking tackles that Todd Gurley is. It was a silly comparison.

Trent Richardson ring a bell?

Hill ran all over Alabama and Clemson last year and is breaking his records this year

Marshall is a badass too.
How big of an impact will he have on the game you think?

I see Gurley as a more physically gifted version of Demarco Murray (when healthy), whereas Hill reminds me of an Arian Foster type. Who is the better pro will likely boil down to the type of blocking scheme they find themselves in (or more specifically, the scheme Hill finds himself in).
I think Gurley can excel in nearly any NFL offense; he's a special runner. Hill will excel with a Texans-esque blocking scheme. As was mentioned, Hill's greatest asset is finding the hole and hitting it. I'd even go so far to argue that he has possibly the best vision of any current college back. If Hill finds himself in a zone blocking offense, he could be an elite pro.

That's what I love about his game. You know how you watch a game and with your almost bird's eye view you say, "man if so-and-so would have went this way, he could have housed it"? That is usually what he does. You can't even finish saying it because he has already seen it. He finds the cut back lanes like no other in college right now.

He is almost as big as Gurley, and faster. He doesn't have quite the vision that Gurley has, more of an outside threat. Although, if he has a hole, he will hurt you. Gurley, even without a hole, has that "it" factor and makes something out of nothing. So far, Marshall hasn't shown that. But, when you give him something, he'll take it. Essentially, he must be accounted for whenever he's on the field, or he'll make you pay.

Now count how many players he ran over, ran through, or laid out. That was his 2011 year. What he lacked was vision and speed but he made up for it in his raw power, blocking, and pass catching.

Can't really tell, honestly he might break a long one on a jet sweep or something.
