Trent was a great RB, I'll give you that but there is no way that Bo Jackson would not have run for more yards and scored more TD's in the same offense that Richardson did

Hypothetical.

Bo was in an offense geared only for running. He had 2 other great Backs running and getting great yardage too. 3 Power backs softening up defenses will get some good ypc.

He had similar touches of the ball, as both Ingram and Richardson. Both Richardson and Ingram had more yards and more touchdowns. And didn't have other backs pounding the ball on olines for the other 2/3rds of the game.

Folks remember Bo, because he was in commercials alot. As I said, he was probably the best athlete to come out of the SEC, but not RB. There's been others as good and better.

Unlike Bo, I watched Cadillac terrorize defenses. That running game was unstoppable. He has more touchdowns than Bo.

There are lots of Auburn running backs that were more successful in the Pros.

So Ingram didn't have Trent and Trent didn't have lacy.

Dmac had two other NFL backs softening up defenses for him.

You have to understand..

Au fans = Bo was the greatest ever.. because!!!!!

No other reason. Not because his stats bear it out. Not because he leads in multiple categories in his position, not because he led his team to Championships, not because he led his team to 4 losses his Heisman year. Just... because.

It seems like that might be the case. He was a marketing machine when he got to the pros. I would say the most famous commercial star from auburn. That's why people remember him. He didn't last long in the NFL. Injury or not.

Was Trent and Lacy pounding the ball over half the carries in a ball game?

Going by stats Brennan and Keenum are some of the best QBs to play college football.
