We were mediocre with Mac...and Champ. Your point? When UF has a good coach, we own Georgia. Mullen needed a year to fix some issues, especially depth. It's why Smart was so bad his first year, despite having far more talent. Just imagine what Dan will do with talent now.

Kinda like every school in america can say when coaching against not as good coaches? Let's see here...Dooley was one of the best coaches we've had and owned UF for 2 decades. Y'all like to tout your record against us under spurrier while ignoring that was mostly against fricking ray goff and jim donnan. See the theme forming here? One very noticable exception is early-richt's failures against zook, which I can't explain. His failures against meyer are easy to explain...meyer is a much better coach. Our success against mushcmap is easy...he wasn't as good as our coach. I mean this whole thing is pretty easy to digest here, typically the team with the better coach adn talent wins, UF against UGA isn't unique.

UF:
10-3, 5-3
tied for 2nd in the division
Lost at home to UK for first time in decades
Lost by 3 TDs to UGA
Lost at home by 3 TDs to unranked missouri
Went to bowl game played at noon in december
UGA:
11-3, 7-2
won division and played for SECCG
Lost @LSU bigly
Lost by 7 to undefeated bama in SECCG
Lost by 7 in Sugar Bowl to top 10 texas
To compare:
-UGA finished higher in the SEC
-UGA finished with a better conference record
-UGA has a better win than any of UF's
-UF has a worse loss than any of UGA's (all 3 of ours are to teams finished in the top 10, and all away from home)
-UGA beat UF soundly
but yeah, tell yourself you had the better year..
