So far I am very impressed with how Dan Mullen has almost overnight changed the atmosphere in Starkville. I know they are only 4-7, but the way they competed this season has not happened in 10 years. Also, when I went to the LSU game in Starkville two years ago, you could tell their fans didn't really give a shite. Now, it seems louder on TV than LSU. How is Mullen recruiting, because I could definitely see them getting into the middle tier of the SEC soon.

If we had a QB this year we would've likely won 7, maybe 8 games.

LSU could conceivably find itself at the bottom of the SEC West in the next few years if Miles is not replaced. He is pretty much the low man on the totem pole now when it comes to coaching ability.

if he would have actually ran on 3rd down he could have threatened for the TD.

Lee has done all he can with his God-given ability. He gives 100% every game and has earned my respect, even if his physical limitations keep him from being a good QB.

it's not his fault that croom left the cupboard barren.

Yeah well if that does happen we won't be in as bad shape as Croom left us in last year and after Jackies last year.

Too bad Mullen won't ever be able to recruit well. Bama and LSU still get the good recruits from that state. Ole Miss still owns whatever other recruits are left. State is to Ole Miss what Auburn is to Bama, the sad little red-headed step child. God have mercy on poor Mississippi State. Not even the national champion frisbee golf team will be able to repeat since that idiot broke his leg on the frisbee golf course or whatever.
