Coaches didn't just say "oh crap we need a trick play to get going here send Frazier in screw the RS."
If he is going to be the starter, I could see burning his redshirt.

MSu has like 12 Heisman-worthy QB's on their team.
Nevermind that none of them have probably played against an SEC team
Are you really talking shite about our qb's when your world beaters couldn't get past the big bad defense of BYU? Wasn't Brunetti yanked because he couldn't move the ball?

I never said anything about our QB's. But are you trying to compare BYU to Memphis?
Brunetti was yanked because he threw into obvious double coverage twice. Stoudt looked really good.

Because he is "mini Favre". He is a tad bit under 6'0".
Actually I heard when he runs the ball he pulls a family practice, whips out his phone, shows pictures of his "mini favre", defense starts laughing and off to the races!

I could be completely wrong, but they all know he has the talent to be the starter, but with a reliable guy like Trotter let him marinate a little, get him in a few situations like wildcat, and see what college speed is about. Let the line mature and gel so he isn't running for his life.
I just have a gut feeling he will be starting by halfway point or close to it. Taking his RS away made me believe that even more.

Good deal, would give him the leg up on the starting job next year on what should be a talented, experinced team.

Maybe you need to reread what I said, I never said you mentioned your qb's. I'm talking about your shitty qb's. It's funny you want to talk about MSU's and Ole Miss is still trying to figure out who will start the next game. And yes, BYU' was terrible. Don't try and act like they were some great team.

Not all State fans are full of themselves. I got Auburn winning this one and I haven't forgotten the last time we had high expectations.

that pic would be accurate if that 1 was a 2

The concept of wrapping up is beyond him. He goes for the knockout every time. Which might not be as big of a problem if he wasn't 205 pounds.

You Auburn fans are gonna have a severe case of butthurt after State beats y'all on the plains
You are really upset that most of us are predicting a loss. Your team is finally out of that underdog shadow, embrace it.
Mississippi State seriously has no idea how to conduct themselves outside of the underdog role. Which is why they try to revert back to red headed stepchild tactics when they are the clear favorites.
Their inexperience and inability to shoulder the load of being an actual contender will lead to their demise this season.

If BYU was terrible then there isn't a word in the English language to describe how terrible Memphis was.

That won't effect our players in the least bit.
What may lead to our demise is that we are not world beaters, and that is what it takes to be in the upper echelon of the SEC West. We were super sloppy in the Memphis game. A ton to be corrected before Auburn.

We'll see, but I disagree. The players and coaches have been beneficiaries of the underdog role throughout the Mullen era.
Never have they had to perform under the pressure of high expectations.
