This would be a cut into the advertising end. Perhaps the Admin(s) can solicit some regulars that can be trusted and extend limited moderating privileges...basically more eyes to whack things before they bloom.

I think this: LSU run site.
is why the feel that this: lack of moderation of LSU fans is acceptable.
You cater to your majority. If they pissed of the LSU fans they would probably lose more traffic than if they leave the LSU fans alone and piss of the SEC fans.
I am not saying it is a good decision as far as quality of the board is concerned, but it probably is a better business decision as far as site traffic.

I dont care that LSU bias is allowed, it gives us shite to talk about. I care that LSU fans can spam this board to hell for hours without fear of repercussion but a rival fan can get banned for doing the same.
Either allow trolling by everyone or start whacking LSU fans after the tenth straight Bama obsession thread.

Come on, now. Do you really believe that? Does McDonald's advertise that their goal is to make money? No. They advertise that their goal is to feed you hamburgers.
It is understood that a business's main goal is to make money. If that wasn't the goal then the business wouldn't exist.

I came here because I didn't believe your either/or scenario. Shouldn't both be possible? But you may well be right man, maybe. I don't know.
