Everything you said is spot on. Their infrastructure is (somehow) even worse than their “education” system. Baton Rouge (with less than 30% of Chicago’s population) leads the nation in homicides.
Meanwhile, the sink every last dime they could find from Children’s hospitals, legions of injury attorneys, and their celebrated fried chicken owner, all in an attempt to win some football games bc of their jealousy.
They have the GOVERNOR of the State saying things like “don’t hate the player, hate the game”. That literally sums up Louisiana in a nutshell. It’s an embarrassment
