As 3down10 points out, it's not about how much money you have. It's about how much you're willing to spend. Bama is willing to spend much more on football than Texas' administration. LSU spent $28 million on its locker room alone.

Two years ago and last year they were even lower at this point. Saban has gone from frontloading to making sure the pieces fit better

I think everyone knew when the OP made this thread that this was going to get joke-bumped for the eventual and inevitable rise of Alabama in the rankings.

This may even turn into the official 2023 Alabama recruiting thread on the Main Board.

OP f.ucked up.

Wow.

12 commits, a whopping half of which are top 100 players and now the highest per player average.

Holy shite.

Great thread OP, keep 'em coming.

That stat man is back. Great post as always S0G.

Edit:

We also have the highest average star rating per player on 247 with a 94.12 average.

BAMA is expected to land several more recruits in the next couple of weeks. BAMA's not done and far from it.

I also find it interesting that ON3 estimates average NIL, and BAMA is one of highest and currently 3rd behind only Texas and USC.

Just because most of his wins over LSU are forgettable doesn't mean he's having memory issues.

We all know Bama is unbeatable with all those 5 stars. Poor Gus only played with 3 stars and Harsin had to play his backup against the mighty Tide last year.

When you have lost 3 of the last 4, have to play in Tuscaloosa this coming season and can only get recruiting wins over South Florida and Southern Miss.
