The justice system? The justice system in Tuscaloosa, Alabama? Get real! Maybe it’s time for the FBI or some other agency not closely aligned with the U of Alabama to take over this investigation.

I’m sure the Tuscaloosa PD will release all the details. Once the BB season is over.

False, false and false.

The DA doesn't seem to think that he is an accessory to murder. The assistant DA was asked why he was not arrested and she said that "he did nothing that he could be arrested for".
You making the claim that he is an accessory to murder when the DA and assistant DA say that he is not just shows how stupid you are.

He turned state’s evidence on his teammates from the beginning and that’s why he wasn’t charged

You're conflating the burden of proof in a criminal case with whether the University of Alabama should have taken any action against Miller pursuant to its own policies and standards of conduct.

Please factually describe which policies and standards of conduct were violated.

If Miller knowingly delivered the weapon that would be used to murder that innocent young woman, lock him up for life. No question.

However, is it possible we are jumping to conclusions before all evidence is presented? Could he actually be innocent until proven guilty?

How do we handle this properly until all facts are presented? If he’s guilty then he needs to serve life in prison.

I can’t say one way or the other until the case is thoroughly investigated.

This is from Article III of the Student Code of Conduct.

Possible
A. 1. a.
quote:

Furnishing false or misleading information to any University official or office.

Then note D. 11.
quote:

Violation of federal, state, or local law off University premises and not related to University sponsored or supervised activities that adversely affects or is detrimental to the University community and/or the pursuit of its objectives. The decision to pursue disciplinary action under this provision is that of the Conduct Administrator.

It’s not clear that he violated that (though I think it’s likely).

Here’s another violation.

D.15.
quote:

Being present during any violation of University policy or the Code of Student Conduct in such a way as to condone, support, or encourage that violation. Students who anticipate or observe such a violation are expected, if possible, to report any potential violation before it occurs or report details of the violation after its occurrence.

Support- took Miles the gun.

Anticipate- “bring me my Joint this N***** Fakin”

Observe - 2 bullet holes in his windshield and Lawyer says he never left his car.

Report- Miller never called the authorities.

im sincerely disappointed that we played the game. id like to forfeit every game in every sport against them until their entire basketball staff, ad, and his boss are replaced. id be very vocal about it in the media too. why compete against someone that places winning above human life? frick em.

Agreed. Just sad. The entire situation is a reflection of a broader problem now.

He delivered the murder weapon. This isn’t false. It has been stated as a fact. If the victim was the President and not a black woman we wouldn’t be having this debate. He would be locked up.

Bama fans think their shite doesn't stink because they are used to the morally pungent smell at this point.
