Showing our age. Grew up on the worst bank. Lol. Plenty of nights there in the late 80’s

We could do this all night. Going from Orleans Parish back to Fat City in Metairie looking for a place that would let us in and drink illegally!

It’s unpleasant, not awful, and is undeniably unique. This place and Beaumont are the only cities I’ve been to where I’m confident you could have me step out of the car blindfolded and I could tell you where I was.

I’m not even sure what to compare it to. It’s like a mix of burnt toast and musty tide.

Ski Lodge too!

Rusty Nail
Vic’s Kangaroo Bar
Copper Monkey
Blue Nile
Friar Tucks

There are so many dive bars in New Orleans we couldn’t name them all.

But I’ve eaten plenty of Shepherd’s pies at Vics well into a blackout!

What’s the place on St Charles where you could do your laundry and drink?

It was upstairs I believe; but they had good bar food.

They seem to be easily triggered about how bad the "sportsman paradise" smells. You might not want to bring it up again. They seem to like it, just let it be.

This board is the least moderated. It’s amazing how alters and trolls are allowed free reign lately. The Missouri and aTm flame threads have made this board nearly unreadable this season.

I was told that this board only tolerates LSU trolls and that all other fan bases were subject to extreme bias. This actually led some to revolt earlier in the season, as they refused to post here; only on their home boards.

I can't really remember who led the charge though.
