1995 Nebraska
2001 Miami
2004 USC
2005 Texas
2018 Clemson
2019 LSU
2020 Alabama

It is hard to pick a top 3 of the teams above, but these are the best ones I have ever seen.

Not a terrible list but not the best! One thing for sure is that nobody on this list could stop the 2019 LSU team therefore making it an easy # 1. There’s a huge gap between LSU and # 2. I’d go maybe Miami or Nebraska

I would have subbed the TMNT for this team:

Yep and Bama would have a team in the top 5 too. SEC is strong.

Most deserving, yes. Greatest to not win, probably not.

Either way, for the thread's purposes (spelling error aside), I didn't see the '66 team play a snap.

2005 USC - Perhaps better than 2003 & 2004, but lost to Texas in one of the best games ever played.

2008 Texas - Texas beats Florida in the NC imo if they get the invite instead of OU. Damn you Crabtree!

2009 Florida - This was Tebow’s best team imo..

2009 Texas - Injuries.. Yep, lets play the What If game.. On that topic, the Alabama 2009 team was a great one beating two teams on this list, but the 2020 team was even better imo.

2019 Alabama - Injuries, injuries, injuries.. If they beat LSU, they likely play again in the playoffs.

These 5 teams were some of the best all time teams imo, but didn’t win a championship.

2008 Florida was better than 2009 Florida in my opinion despite the imperfect regular season record

A much more explosive offense in 2008

As I just mentioned in another post, that 2019 Alabama team is probably one of the best all time, and if not for injuries, y’all probably play again in the playoffs, and they might have even won the first game.

Two of the best all time imo..

All of those Tebow teams were really, really good, and it is hard to say which one was the best. I think 1996 Florida was probably the best one I ever saw.

The hook was the honorable mention 2017 UCF. And then 2010 Auburn was repeated two posts later by an LSU fan.
