Houston Nutt just called another run for McFadden...

It felt like he carried the ball 47 times for about 250 yards. I just went to look and he wasn't far off from my crazy numbers: 28 carries for 145 yards. Felix Jones went over 100 yds. Mitch Mustain only attempted 10 passes and completed only 7 of them. Brandon Cox was sacked 5 times

Just a complete arse whipping of the #2 team in the country on the road. Seems like Tubs teams had at least one of these types of games in the 11 am slot where it seemed like half the team was still drunk.

McFadden wasn’t just a running back but played qb in the wildcat as well where he ate everyone’s lunch. He threw for tds as well. He was a hell of an offensive weapon, ask Phil fulmer or Les Miles, etc…

that year we had two

at least Arky was a decent team, came close to knocking of the gators in the SECCG

UGa was borderline abysmal, had lost 4 of their previous 5, including between the hedges to Vandy (who finished 4-8) - and they absolutely horsewhipped us

Yea, that UGA team sucked arse, and then they somehow began a complete dominance of the series by UGA.

Imagine if the 4 team CFP existed in 2012, Will Muschamp would've made it.

USC had just beat auburn in 02 and 03 so it wasn't hard to say 04 USC was better than 04
This is always the most ridiculous argument against 2004 Auburn.

That is such as simple-minded argument.

2004 Auburn NEVER, EVER played 2004 USC.

The two schools played in 2002 and 2003, but those were completely different teams each year.

Using your "logic", I assume you think Michigan will beat osu ONCE AGAIN since you lost in 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. Because there is no way a completely different 2025 osu team would stand a chance against a completely different 2025 Michigan team just because of the previous four year results....right?

The team that lost to Arkansas by three scores.

No, they would not have beaten Alabama or LSU.

Yeah, I remember watching that one on TV. Cox threw 3 or 4 picks and Stafford was on and barely missed.

Another truly ugly performance by a squad that had plenty of talent to beat the dog shite out of UGA that day. Just never got off the bus mentally I guess.
