shite happens. I don't want to see a player get injured, but I sincerely doubt Petrino is encouraging or allowing his players to intentionally play dirty.

Complete speculation here but Lineman went straight for Hightowers legs, took him out, and hightower just got taken back to the locker room, doesnt look good.

That's a legal block regardless, considering that Hightower wasn't engaged with another blocker, but it was also obvious that Hightower saw the block coming , made a move backwards to avoid the block, and the guy ended up hitting lower than where he was aiming.
