Texas certainly ain't the south...2 glaring indictments. The first is they have concluded that one can make BBQ without a commitment from a pig and a hickory tree. The second is they lose to Ohio State. The first is indicative of them not being the south and the second is proof that they are not a SEC caliber football program which is a third indictment against their southern credentials. There are 3 things which define the south, BBQ requires a pig and a hickory tree, when your team plays Ohio State your team wins and you have a team which is worthy of being in the SEC. There are several teams unworthy of membership in the SEC who are currently in the SEC...I won't name names, bless their hearts, but Texas is right up there amongst them. Losing 2 in a row to Ohio State or any combination of Big 10 teams is more than enough grounds for any self respecting southerner or SEC football team to resign from the conference of their own volition....yet another indictment against Texas....they are apparently going to stay in the conference. Bless their hearts...
