Literally anywhere.

Northern: Carne asada, barbacoa, cabrito, tacos al pastor, chilaquiles

Central/South: Mole, cochinita pibil, carnitas, chicharron, chiles rellenos

And dozens more. Just my favs.

During the Vietnam war, tons of refugees came to Texas. We've got Pho and Bahn Mi everywhere. It's pretty awesome. Almost Pho season. Temps are dropping.

At least it was 60 degrees when I left this morning.



This and the other thread remind me: there's a BBQ place down the street that serves a pretty good kimchi with their rib platters. It's a fantastic combination

My gf is in Michigan right now. Low of 39 there.

My car said 59 this morning in Dallas. It was high 60s last night.

But you also don't wear a suit to work and commute via the subway.

That 90 becomes 140 real fast.
