There will be a full consensus that adding them was a huge mistake. Texas has always been solely about pushing itself at the front of the line. It will start small with demands that the conference championships be played in Dallas. They'll want the SEC headquarters to move there, too. They'll want a bigger cut of conference money and TV slots. With NIL and the inevitable demise of the NCAA, you can't even imagine what is coming. Texas will do anything in its power to gain control over this league.
