I think Texas will be fine and they will be back soon as a top tier of SEC program. Now whether they win championships or not who knows but think they will have more success that A&M. A program like theirs doesn’t stay down forever. Now Oklahoma on the other hand I can see struggling and slipping to a regular 7-5 squad potentially

You might want to compare their respective histories in the Big 12 before making this prediction.

You seem to not be able to grasp simple ideas. I expect nothing more from a longhorn t shirt fan.

"You hurt my feelings, so there's no way you went to that school!! "

A little projection there, wouldn't you say? Sorry champ: you're speaking to a proud graduate. Based on your anger and overall inferiority complex, I'm moved to believe that you yourself applied and couldn't get in. Sorry to hear that...

The Big 12 was much better from 2000-2011 than it was 2012-present.
Let's see: we removed a&m (a near guaranteed win for everyone given their win percentage, which was worse there than in the SEC, which many claim to be the best conference) and replaced them with TCU, a team with well over twice as many double-digit win seasons since 2000 than a&m and a team that actually competes for national championships since 2000 (something a&m hasn't done in any sport in 84 YEARS!!!)

Seriously - how do y'all even get out of bed and take yourselves seriously with that last point.

Lol…”taking candy away from a special needs kid”….LSUStephen, et al., perked up…they have been looking for new revenue sources since the children’s hospital raids petered out.

Let's see, the OP is about "football conference title" and Texas

You bring up Florida, remove the "football" clause and then post something clearly wrong.

Great work out there.

If history repeats OU is the clear #2 in the SEC. Their success was driven by the ability to land elite HC's and we'll see if Venables is the guy, I'm not taking that bet.

The jury is also out on their NIL game. So far they have shown they can compete, we'll see what happens when corporate $ really starts kicking in.
