Carson Beck was projected to be a Heisman candidate, and everything was going Kirby's way until the SECCG.
We had a rock fight with Kentucky (finished 4-8) who had just got BTFO by South Carolina.
Didn't get off the bus in the first half vs. Alabama.
Beck was laughing on the sidelines while losing to Ole Miss.
Losing to Florida until Lagway got hurt. Beck threw 3 picks that game.
Went to 21 OTs vs. Tech.
OL play was the worst it has been since 2020.
Beck may have been a pre-season Heisman hopeful, but his play was so bad he he got a "LMAO" on his NFL Draft grade and entered the portal after declaring for the draft.

One could argue 2023 was a better team. While the defense was better in 2024, the offense was much healthier in 2023.
