i guess it depends on who you talk to. i went to school in Waco and dated a girl in Austin. They battle Bama for pure arrogance. They have a lot to be proud of...awesome town, great school, great tradition, etc...But they really look down on other schools.

I agree. Texas fans are arrogant, but so are every other teams fans.
For example, have you every talked to a Texas A&M fan or ou fan?

USC and Auburn 2004 would beat them. The 2005 USC team had a shitty defense.
I think a Miami team from early in the decade would have beat them also.
I would not favor the 2005 Texas team over any of those teams. I wouldn't have favored 2005 Texas if they replayed that NCG. USC was not great on defense and IMO one stupid play call away from winning the game anyways.

Tebow is an exceptional leader and competitor.

can't say who's the best player ever, but i know we'd take tebow at arkansas. take vince young too!

No I was just trying to think of prominent players for past 2 years. Couldn't remember what season Vick left.
Hell I left off alot of very good college players.
